Terms Conditions Real Rental Cabs
- ♦ The car air-conditioner will not be operational on hilly routes or when the vehicle is not in motion.
- ♦ Parking charges are not included and must be paid directly to the driver.
- ♦ Waiting charges apply after the cab reaches the boarding point. The first 30 minutes are free, but thereafter, a charge of ₹2 per minute is applicable and must be paid directly to the driver.
- ♦ You can accommodate 2 bags in a Sedan and 3 bags in an SUV.
- ♦ Cabs are provided based on availability.
- ♦ Driver details will be shared up to 6 hours prior to departure.
- ♦ Pets are not allowed inside the cab.
- ♦ You need to collect receipts from the driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges, or extra kilometers paid directly to the driver during the trip. Real Rental Cabs is not liable to provide invoices for these amounts.
- ♦ Distance and time will be calculated from and to our office (garage) in all cases.
- ♦ Driver allowances will be charged extra as mentioned above.
- ♦ Parking, toll tax, permit charges, border tax, and entry charges must be paid directly by the guest/client.
- ♦ All rates mentioned are not valid during peak seasons and festival periods.
- ♦ An extra charge of ₹300 will apply for night journeys between 11 PM to 5 AM as a driver charge.
- ♦ For outstation round trips, a minimum charge of 300 kilometers per day will apply, and additional charges will incur after midnight.
