Cancellation Policies
Booking, Modification, Cancellation, and Payment Policy
  • Booking Policy: While booking the cab, or using any services offered at www.realrentalcabs.com, the following rules apply:
    • A booking can be made a maximum of 180 days before the trip start date and a minimum of 3 hours before the trip start time.
    • Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or by calling us at +91 087809 19213.
    • To confirm online cab bookings, an advance amount needs to be paid by the customer, which will be adjusted against the final amount payable at the end of the trip.
    • For every confirmed booking, a car will be allotted at least 8 hours before the trip (2 hours for outstation One-Way). Customers will receive email and/or SMS confirmation with the car and driver details after allotment.
    • Customers should carry a printout of the booking voucher or the booking confirmation SMS for identification.
  • Note: In the event of a vehicle accident/breakdown, the company will provide an alternate vehicle if possible, or refund the advance deposit if the booking is canceled. Real Rental Cabs & Taxi Service doesn't guarantee any compensation for any loss incurred due to the usage of its service. If the customer fails to show up or notify about a change in booking time/date, the booking advance amount will be fully forfeited. For bookings with an advance of less than ₹500, the company reserves the right to request more money to cover losses. In case of a driver no-show for a scheduled departure, the company will provide an immediate replacement or refund the advance amount if a replacement cannot be found.
  • Modifications: Modifications to the start/end date or time of booking can be made without a fee (subject to vehicle availability) up to 24 hours before the original pickup time. Requests should be communicated via phone call or email. Modifications after the trip has started are allowed, subject to availability and at the discretion of Real Rental Cabs & Taxi Service, and may incur additional charges.
  • Payment: After paying the advance amount, the remaining amount for the trip is paid to the driver during or at the end of the trip. Payments made to the driver will be adjusted against the final bill. The final payment is always in cash as drivers may not accept card or cheque payments. If the final amount is less than the advance deposit, Real Rental Cabs & Taxi Service will refund the excess amount within 5-7 working days after the trip's completion.
  • Cancellation Rules: Cancellation requests should be made via phone call or email.
    • Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup time: 75% refund.
    • Cancellation within 24-12 hours before pickup time: 40% penalty.
    • Cancellation within 12-6 hours before pickup time: 50% penalty.
    • Cancellation within 6 hours before pickup time: 100% penalty.
    • Cancellation by Real Rental Cabs & Taxi Service due to unavoidable reasons: 100% refund.

Refunds: Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days and are made via the original source of payment for cab booking. Requests made via WhatsApp or SMS are not considered. For any queries, contact us at realrentalcabs@gmail.com.
